Description

Complete composition with 1.5mg short action melatonin plus 1.5mg melatonin in time release pellets, enriched with herbs ideal for enhancing the effectiveness of the product.

Ingredients that contribute to:

  • the reduction of time taken to fall asleep (melatonin*)
  • the alleviation of subjective feelings of jet lag (melatonin*)
  • normal functioning of the nervous system (biotin*)
  • normal psychological function (biotin*)

The composition contains the amino acid L-Tryptophane, which is converted to serotonin in the brain, contributing to normal sleep. In addition, it contains passiflora, magnolia, valerian and saffron, herbs known for their calming effects.

Directions

1 capsule daily, 1 hour before bedtime
